  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and freight method. Orders shipped within the UK mainland typically arrive within 2–5 working days.

    For international orders, we offer multiple freight options, including air, ocean, road, and rail freight. Air freight provides the fastest delivery but is generally the most expensive. For an accurate estimate, please provide your delivery location and preferred freight method.

    If you require urgent delivery, our team will do their best to accommodate your timeframe; however, expedited shipments may incur additional costs.

  • We’ll always do our best. Our website features a Request a Product option, allowing you to submit items or brands you’re interested in. Once received, our team will review your request and explore sourcing options-there’s also a chance we may already have it available.

  • Additional items may be added to your order by contacting the sales representative handling your account. We will always aim to accommodate quantity adjustments where possible. However, changes to product selections or reductions in quantity may be limited once stock has been ordered or allocated.

  • No. All prices displayed on our website and stock lists exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide. For international orders, our team will advise on recommended minimum order quantities, suitable freight methods, and the applicable Incoterms. Please contact us to discuss your location and requirements.
