5. Shipping & Documentation
We’ll walk you through any paperwork and let you know what you'll need to do at each stage of the shipment, so you can see the process from dispatch to delivery.

All shipments are supplied on an EXW (Ex Works) basis, with collection and all onward freight arrangements managed by the buyer. Terms are confirmed at the quotation stage.

Professional Pallet Preparation & Load Protection
All orders are carefully prepared and palletised to ensure maximum protection during long-distance transport. We use reinforced corner protectors, heavy-duty pallet wrap, and secure load-binding techniques to maintain stability and minimise movement throughout transit. Where required, pallets are clearly marked and shipping partners are advised not to stack sensitive or fragile loads.
Each pallet is built with both efficiency and protection in mind, optimising space while safeguarding products against handling, vibration, and extended journey conditions. This approach ensures orders leave our facility fully prepared for safe and reliable transport, regardless of destination.
